HARRISON Ford has reportedly joined the hilarious cast of Anchorman: The Legend Continues, staying classy with the likes of Ron Burgundy.
The 70-year-old actor will play a veteran news anchor in the Adam McKay-helmed comedy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The highly-anticipated sequel to 2004's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy sees the return of Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Christina Applegate and David Koechner, as well as newcomers Kristen Wiig and James Marsden.
Ferrell and McKay wrote the screenplay and are producing the film together, while Judd Apatow and Kevin Messick are also involved. Filming is due to begin in Atlanta later this month.
The Indiana Jones star has played the role of an anchorman before, starring in the 2010 romantic comedy, Morning Glory, alongside Diane Keaton.
Ford is also rumoured to be reprising his role as Han Solo in the Star Wars sequel.
