One hot minute on the internet

A LOT can happen in a minute.

By the time you finish reading this story, more than 30 hours of video content will have been uploaded to YouTube, Twitter will have more than 320 new Twitter accounts, and more than 277,000 people will have logged in to Facebook.

If that doesn't give you FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), nothing will.

But these are just some of the statistics captured in an infographic put together by Intel called "What happens in an internet minute".

The post is designed to foster awareness of just how much data we are creating in extremely small spaces of time.

Take a look at the graphic below and whatever you do, don't try and view all the new data being uploaded to the web.

It will take you years.
